Your role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Participate in candidate interviews and provide feedback.
- Help with onboarding processes for new hires.
- Maintain and update HR databases and records.
- Support the HR team in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Conduct research on best practices in HR and recruitment.
- Assist with other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
About you
Ideal candidates will have:
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Business Studies, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
