Human Resources Intern (Feb 2025)

Join ABEX Excellence Pvt Ltd as an HR Intern to gain hands-on experience in HR functions and contribute to organizational growth.

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Assist in implementing and maintaining the HRIS system.
• Support recruitment activities by sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Contribute to HR analytics by collecting and analyzing data.
• Help develop and implement HR branding strategies.
• Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Support organizing and coordinating employee training programs.
• Contribute to various HR projects to support the overall HR strategy.

About you

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written), HRIS, HR analytics, and MS Office tools.
• Available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• Able to start between 6th Feb'25 and 13th Mar'25 for a duration of 3 months.
• Reside in Chennai or neighboring cities.
• Relevant skills and interests in HR.
• Open to women wanting to start or restart their careers.

Compensation & benefits

Interns will receive a stipend ranging from Rs 200,000.00 to 300,000.00, along with perks such as a certificate, letter of recommendation, flexible work hours, informal dress code, a 5-day work week, and free snacks and beverages.

Training & development

Interns will have opportunities for professional development through hands-on experience and participation in HR projects.
