Your role

The position is Assistant Relationship Manager with Aditya Birla Capital. To expand your career in Life Insurance, you need to provide quality service to potential customers and expand your customer base through the leads provided by the organization or self-generated leads and achieve sales targets on a monthly basis. 

Responsibilities and duties

• Need to build a strong relationship with potential customers to sell Life Insurance policies.
• Achieving the sales target through assigned leads which will be generated by the organization and employees can generate their own leads. 
• Fixing appointments with prospective customers. This includes field visits, meetings with potential customers in their geographical locations, etc. to understand their financial needs and sell policies to fulfill their necessities.
• Providing quality service to potential customers in order to maintain strong relationships.
• Expanding customer base.
• Analyzing customer data before selling the product.

Salary & benefits
