Your role

As per the role, the responsibilities include:

• Learning all the areas in Accounts
• Learning of Cost Accounting
• Learning of conducting Statutory Audit
• Self-development is required for the future roles
• Should require learning agility, problem-solving, knowledge of statutory compliance, behavioural skills, analytical skills, communication skills, Managerial skills, pears development skills.
• How to handle internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders, so that work proficiency can improve.
