Your role

As part of the role your responsibilities include:

• Learning all the areas in HR operations and also ER, and T&D for a better  understanding of HR Functions
• Self-development is required for the future roles
• Should require learning agility, problem-solving, knowledge of statutory compliance, behavioural skills, analytical skills, communication skills, Managerial skills, pears development skills.
• How to handle internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders, so that work proficiency has improved
