Your role

• Process/product development, simulation, and modeling (ANSYS-CFD, Fluent, ANSYS Mechanical, ASPEN Plus), Process engineering & scale-up, Data analysis, and Analytical characterization.
• Carry out experimental / simulation analysis for metallurgical/chemical processes and validations. 
• Design and perform measurements/experiments at the plant/lab to calibrate and validate the model. 
• Visit the plant/customer to gather information about the process and process equipment. Implement technical procedures solutions in the plant / onsite.
• Generate new concepts/ideas for improvement in productivity and energy efficiency; carry out feasibility analysis to develop proof of concept.
• Lead secondary data collection - surveys, a literature search on technical methods for problem-solving and standardization
• Create and finalize SOPs for experiments, processes, and equipment.
• Focus on workplace safety; maintain and coordinate with the safety committee in maintaining safe work culture, identifying Hazards, risk analysis, and updating SOPs and HAZOP.
• Preparation of research reports, publication/presentation of research work in conference/journal, filing of IPR.
• Participate and contribute to brainstorming and problem-solving sessions.
