Your role

• Rolling start-up activities.
• Maintaining all media levels.
• Maintaining the composition, temperature, and pressure of Emulsion oil
• Maintaining temperature and flow of emulsion and cleaners.
• Periodical checking of oil, IPA, conductivity and pH of emulsion.
• Monitoring rolling parameters such as push-pull value, stand torques, and speed of rolling mill stands.
• Proper planning of cleaning copper in the rolling mill and BPU area in routine maintenance 
• Timely clearing of mill pole from the rolling mill and long cast bar.
• Monitoring BPU water cooling system and leakages.
