Your role

As part of the role your responsibilities include the following:

• Prepare to die blanks for heat treatment operation.
• Do stress releveling prior to hardening.
• Segregate work according to the thickness and size of the die.
• Load effectively to achieve optimum utilization of the furnace.
• Ensure the stock of Liquid nitrogen, and other gases required.
• Do Autonomous maintenance of the furnace.
• Enter the information to ERP.
• Check the hardness of the dies and update in ERP before release.
• Ensure the Job thermocouple is placed in the correct position.
• Arrange to temper and re tempering in baffle furnaces.
