Your role

Key responsibilities

• Training and Development:
  • Participate in hands-on training sessions to understand manufacturing processes and operations.
  • Learn to operate machinery and equipment used in the production process.
  • Gain knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
• Production Support:
  • Assist in the setup and preparation of production lines.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment under supervision.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
  • Record and report any defects or inconsistencies in the production process.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement corrective actions.
• Health and Safety:
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Participate in safety training sessions and drills.
  • Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
