Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Demonstrates understanding of basic tax concepts and enhances tax knowledge through assignments and developments.
• Prepares tax returns and informational forms as required.
• Delivers high-quality, timely work.
• Researches tax theory and applies it to client needs.
• Develop client service and engagement skills.
• Assists senior team members on special projects.
• Exercises independent judgment in preparing tax returns.
• Fosters a supportive team environment.
• Collaborates with diverse teams across sectors and geographies.
• Seeks real-time feedback and takes appropriate action.
• Manages multiple projects within the tax segment and undergoes cross-training.
• Proposes improvements to enhance work processes.
• Identifies problems and informs the local engagement team promptly.
• Complies with the Firm's Compliance Procedure.

About you

Ideal candidates will have:

• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and professionalism.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of other MS Office applications.
• A B.Com/M.Com/MBA-Finance degree with 60% and above, and no active backlog.
