Assurance and Operational Excellence Executive (Start ASAP)

Your role

• Conduct process reviews for payroll, employee reimbursements, and accounts payable, focusing on control testing, fraud investigations, and efficiency improvements.
• Develop dashboards for analysis, perform MIS analysis, and identify exceptions.
• Participate in business process analysis and continuous improvement projects.
• Design and publish monthly and quarterly MIS reports for F&A and HR heads.
• Drive process improvement using technologies like robotics process automation and artificial intelligence.
• Participate in ISO certification programs and audits.

About you

• Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-2 years of experience.
• Proficient in audit, accounting, analysis, and reporting.
• Skilled in Excel analytics, communication, and presentation.
