Your role

Job Description

• Preparation of Financial Statement as per IND AS for the Company and its UJV.
• Co-coordinate with Statutory Auditors to finalize the accounts
• Internal Control and Internal Audit, Cost Audit,
• Preparation & submission of periodic financial performance reports of the projects & the entity for review, control & course corrections. 
• Analyse variances in the financial accounts and take corrective steps. 
• Coordinate, prepare, and present to the management Revenue and Capital Budgets including Order booking, Sales, Cost and Expenses, Capex, and Profitability.
• Forecast performance and suggest corrective action to meet or exceed targets. 
• Direct Taxation – Planning & Compliances , Tax Audit
• Monitoring Site  Accounting, Stores & Admin.
• Customer accounting, reconciliation, and timely collection of the same. 
• Support the Tender team with necessary data and audit certificates
• Partner with the business to support decision making. Help businesses evaluate opportunities and understand risks in key decisions from the financial, legal, and statutory points of view. 
• In addition perform any other job/task as assigned to you from time to time.
