Generator Assembly Supervisor (Start ASAP)

Oversee daily production activities in assembly, ensuring quality and safety at L&T Energy-CarbonLite Solutions.

Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Coordinate and oversee daily production activities on the shop floor, including planning work schedules and assigning tasks.
• Monitor progress to ensure timely completion of production targets and generate reports.
• Enforce quality control measures and standards, conducting regular inspections and addressing quality issues.
• Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
• * Enforce safety protocols and regulations, conducting safety inspections and implementing training programs.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME).
• 0-3 years of experience in an assembly shop.
• Knowledge of assembly processes, ISO standards, 5S, TQM, MS Office, and drawing reading.
• Strong communication, time management, interpersonal skills, learning adaptability.
