Your role

The primary roles and responsibilities are to assist the Project controls team in the usage of  Primavera P6 and do the following activities :

• Creating a work breakdown structure / organizational breakdown structure
• Setting up new projects, adding activities in multiple activity types, and creating Gantt charts and critical paths from the data
• Adding and assigning resources and understanding resource reports so allocations can be adjusted if required
• Working with dependencies and constraints
• Creating baselines and tracking actual performance against the baseline.
• Updating actual progress against activities and reporting the delays to the project control manager for Delay analysis.
• Prepare revised baseline schedules as per the instructions of the Project Control Manager.
• Managing financial aspects of scheduling such as expense costs, resource costs, and creating a cost-loaded schedule.

Training & development

Training will be provided on Primavera P6 and will be deployed at project sites as assistance to Project Control Managers.

• Programs at EBSCO, Project management certification, CTEA, etc. enhance the technical knowledge of their employees.
• Leadership programs are held at the Learning and Development Academy, Lonavala, and others by the L&T group.

Salary & benefits

The annual salary for this role can range from INR 4.0 Lakhs to INR 6.0 Lakhs (Source: Glassdoor).
