Your role

Responsibilities:

• Processing of  Reimbursement claims of Employees like benefit claims, travel (domestic/international) claims, payment vouchers, and Lease rent processing.
• Accounting & payment of claims. Handling Monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts closing activities including bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation. 
• Ensuring quality processing & adherence to SLA/TAT
• Resolving HR/employee queries 
• Coordination with HR & F&A department
• Support the Help desk for critical queries of employees & HR
• System monitoring & driving automation/digitalisation. 
• Suggest & implementing process improvements as part of the continual improvement plan.
• Monthly MIS preparations 
• Preparation of presentations for Monthly review meetings 
• Coordination with the Internal/External Audit team, responding to their queries & responding to the audit report.
