Your role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Collaborate with teams of 3-5 consultants to address client challenges.
- Gather and analyze data, formulate hypotheses, and develop recommendations.
- Present findings to client management and assist in implementing solutions.
- Work with experts across various fields to enhance client performance.
- Travel to client sites as needed.
About you
Ideal candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s degree; Advanced graduate degree in progress (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.); Academic degree requirements may vary by country.
- Strong teamwork and inclusive environment creation skills.
- Ability to manage independent workstreams within team projects.
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis and problem-solving.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages.
