Your role

As part of the McKinsey Digital group, you’ll join a global team working on everything from IT modernization and strategy to agile, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

• You’ll be exposed to challenging, global projects and have the opportunity to work in a multicultural and collaborative environment. 
• You'll be responsible for gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations.
• You will work on teams with full-stack engineering expertise developing end-to-end digital products. You’ll get exposure to the best engineering practices, testing automation, and deployment on cloud platforms. 
• You’ll typically work on projects across all industries and functions and will be fully integrated with the rest of their global firm.
• You’ll also work with colleagues from across McKinsey & Company to help their clients deliver breakthrough products, experiences, and businesses, both on technology and non-technology topics.

About you

Requirements:

• Current third-year students pursuing B.E./B.Tech degree
• Outstanding record of academic achievement
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, verbally and in writing
