Who you'll work with
You’ll work in the Gurugram office as part of the Finalta team.
Building on more than fifteen years of experience working with leading banks and insurers, Finalta combines performance benchmark data and best-practice knowledge from 250 financial institutions in over 50 countries to generate insights on how to achieve superior performance.
Annual benchmarking provides clients with a unique management tool to objectively assess performance against peers and quantify opportunities for improvement. Their best-practice cases illustrate how to close performance gaps and give clients a roadmap to reach world-class performance while reducing the time, cost and risk of change.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work with a small project team to run benchmarking projects that create strategic recommendations and actionable insights for some of the biggest banks in the world.
You will be given high levels of responsibility from the start, interacting regularly with clients to understand their business, gather data, conduct research and perform analysis. The core benchmarking projects last 6 months and you will be assigned a client portfolio to work with throughout the project cycle.
The role will involve market analysis, the use of performance data, and best practice case studies to create compelling insights. These help clients set priorities, and performance targets, make strategic decisions, and make the case for change. You will build and own positive day-to-day relationships with your clients to ensure the successful delivery of your projects.
