Your role

• Supervise cleaning & sanitization of the clean rooms and maintain or review the records.
• Operation and cleaning of sterilization Autoclave and Decon Autoclave.
• Preparation of disinfectant solution and ensuring appropriate documentation.
• Supervise cleaning & sanitization of the clean rooms and maintain or review the records.
• Operation and cleaning of sterilization Autoclave and Decon Autoclave.
• Ensure waste management as per established procedures.
• Report non-conformities and participate in the implementation of corrective and preventive action.
• Review shop-floor documentation and ensure Good Documentation Practice(s).
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Perform fumigation as per the schedule
• Adherence to all procedures related to data integrity
• Ensure there are no violations of any environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety
• Wear all required PPE at all times
• Understand and demonstrate that you are responsible for the safety of yourself & colleagues by following all necessary safety protocols at all times
• Identify near-misses and potential incidents proactively and communicate those.
• Attend all assigned mandatory training related to data integrity,  health, and safety measures.
• Preparation of disinfectant solution and ensuring appropriate documentation.
• Supervise cleaning & sanitization of the clean rooms and maintain or review the records.
• Operation and cleaning of sterilization Autoclave and Decon Autoclave.
• Ensure waste management as per established procedures.
• Report non-conformities and participate in the implementation of corrective and preventive action.
• Review shop-floor documentation and ensure Good Documentation Practice(s).
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Perform fumigation as per the schedule
• Ensure equipment are qualified and within the due date of the calibration and Preventive maintenance.
• Generating and Reviewing the Environments monitoring report on a daily basis
• Adherence to safety requirements.
